Why can't my phone reconnect to the monitor using ZOWIE Sync?


If your phone cannot reconnect to the monitor, please check the following: 

(1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

(2) Make sure the Bluetooth switch on the monitor is turned on.

(3) Ensure your phone is within 2 meters of the monitor.

(4) If Cybercafe Reset is enabled, the connection will be cleared after the monitor power is turned off. You will need to pair the monitor again using NFC.
