To take full advantage of the 4K polling rate, you'll need to update the firmware on your compatible devices. Follow these steps:

Notice: If you have multiple U2 mice or dongles, please connect only one at a time.
Click "Update" to start the firmware update process for the USB dongle and mouse. After completing the update for one device, you can continue updating other devices until all show they are on the latest version.

Replug the enhanced receiver. The mouse should stop flashing, indicating that pairing is complete. The pairing must be completed within 30 seconds.If the pairing is unsuccessful after completing the steps, please try the process again.
