Why can't I turn on my monitor?

If the power LED is on or there is a beep sound:

  1. Cross-check with other PCs using HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.2a cables.
  2. Check if there is a ZOWIE logo while powering on.
  3. Check if there is a blue or black "no cable" message, and make sure the cable is securely plugged in.
  4. Check if there is a no signal message, then change the cable or PC and try again.
  5. Please contact us for further assistance if all you've tried all the above.

 

If the power LED is NOT on or there ISN'T any beep sound:

  1. Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
  2. Change the power cord and try again.
  3. Check if there is a beep sound when a menu key is pressed.
  4. Check if there is a ZOWIE logo while powering on.
