4. To check the cable connection method:
a. While we strongly recommend you use the included USB-C cable for connection, if you indeed lost it then any certified USB-C cable will suffice. However, we cannot warrant the performance of third party cables.
b. For Type-A connectors that are too loose due to prolonged use of certain PC USB ports, please try to connect it with other ports with a tighter fit.
c. Please plug the cable directly into the PC/NB USB port and do not connect it through the docking/adapter/hub.
d. Please try using a different USB port, preferably one on the back of the PC, to obtain a better signal source.
5. To check the nearby device: There may be unintentional sources of interference in the environment, please try to remove (turn off or stay away) the 2.4 GHz device (ex. router, earphone, wireless keyboard, microphone...) close to your wireless mouse.
6. Clean the sensor lens with a brush.
7. Test the mouse on a different surface/mousepad.
8. Test the mouse on a different LOD setting.
