An Update from ZOWIE on COVID-19



As the global impact of the COVID-19 virus continues to unfold, ZOWIE has taken steps to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our customers, employees, and communities.

Online Orders: Delivery will be ongoing, but expect possible delays in shipments of up to 7 - 13 days.

Customer Support: Our call center will be temporarily closed between 1 - 2 weeks due to labor shortage. However, we will still process all email inquiries as efficiently as possible.

Warranty Service: We are trying the best to keep our repair center running, but expect possible delays in turnaround time.

For any service inquiries:  if you cannot reach us via phone, we encourage you to visit our support site.  As this is an ever-changing global event, we will update you as soon as the situation changes.
