モニターの電源を入れられない理由は何ですか?

電源LEDが点灯している、またはビープ音がする場合:

  1. Use the HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.2a/DP 1.4 cable included with the monitor to cross-check with another PC.
  2. Ensure the ZOWIE logo appears when powering on.
  3. Check for a blue or black 'No Cable' message, and ensure the cable is firmly connected.
  4. If a 'No Signal' message appears, change the cable or PC and retry.
  5. If none of the above solves the issue, please contact us.

 

If the power LED does not light up or there are no beep sounds:

  1. Ensure the power cord is connected.
  2. Try using a different power cord.
  3. Check for beeps when pressing the menu key.
  4. Confirm the ZOWIE logo appears when powering on.
  5. If none of the above solves the issue, please contact us.
