The scroll wheel gets stuck and is stiff when scrolling up and down.

This is abnormal, you can try to use an air blower to clean the scroll wheel and the gap around the wheel in case any particle stuck; if the mouse is still within the warranty period, please contact us (ZOWIE website/Support/Contact/RMA).
