The scroll wheel is making noise and the wheel button does not register when clicking.

This is abnomal, suggest to use air blower to clean the scroll wheel and the gap around the wheel in case any particle is stuck; if the mouse is still within the warranty period, please contact us (ZOWIE website/Support/Contact/RMA).
