Why can't I turn on my monitor?

If the power LED is on or there is a beep sound:
1) Cross-check with other PCs using HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.2a or DP 1.4 cables that came with the monitor..
2) Check if there is a ZOWIE logo while powering on.
3) Check if there is a blue or black """"""""no cable"""""""" message, and make sure the cable is securely plugged in.
4) Check if there is a no signal message, then change the cable or PC and try again.
5) Please contact us (ZOWIE website: contact/RMA ) for further assistance if all you've tried all the above.


If the power LED is NOT on or there ISN'T any beep sound:
1) Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
2) Change the power cord and try again.
3) Check if there is a beep sound when a menu key is pressed.
4) Check if there is a ZOWIE logo while powering on.
