Q1: When will I receive my XL2566K monitor?
A: Orders will begin shipping, approximately on October 18th. The quantity of XL2566K monitor pre-order is limited, we'll ship by order date on a first come first serve basis. Final delivery timelines depend on the delivery address and how soon delivery can be scheduled.
Q2: How will I know when my XL2566K monitor has shipped?
A: After your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check email spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox. You can also log in to your ZOWIE account, if you created one, or you can check your order status by clicking here.
Q3: Can I change the address after the order was placed?
A: Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns within 30 days of order delivery. Please contact our customer service team if you have any further questions.
Q4: Would the XL2566K work with my current set up?
