I seem to have a problem with my mouse cable, and the mouse doesn't work anymore.

Please test the unit on another PC and/or another USB-port. If the problem still persists, please contact us (ZOWIE website/Support/Contact/RMA), we would like to know more details of the issue you mentioned, and then provide assistance accordingly.

PS: If you modify the cable by yourself, then this will break the warranty condition.
