Q1: When will I receive my U2 from ZOWIE?
Pre-order end on February 8th, products will begin shipment on February 9th. U2 pre-order quantity is limited, product will ship based on the order date on a first come first serve basis. Final delivery timelines depend on the delivery address and how soon delivery can be scheduled.
Q2: How will I know when my U2 has shipped?
After your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox. You can also log in to your BenQ account or you can check your order status by clicking here.
Q3: Can I change the address after the order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team here.
