What can I do if there's no sound when my monitor is set to 2560x1440@144Hz through DisplayPort?
Due to the bandwidth limitations of certain older graphics cards, audio in 2560x1440@144Hz cannot be played through DisplayPort to ensure bandwidth is available for higher refresh rates.
We recommend the following workarounds and one of them could solve this issue.
1. Using a HDMI cable to connect the monitor and PC directly for audio transmission
2. Using your headset to connect your PC’s 3.5mm directly if you wish to use DisplayPort cable.
3. Set the refresh rate to 120Hz or lower if you wish to use DisplayPort cable.
