Can I clean my mouse by alcohol?

It is suggested to use baby wipe (non-alcohol) or wet towel to clean your mouse surface; please do not use shampoo or alcohol or otherwise you may damage the surface coating; and also, when you clean by wet cloth, please avoid water going inside the mouse, or it will damage the circuit inside the mouse.
