Browse all related FAQs3D is not working or getting lost sync on my projector. How can I fix it?
Please check the following settings to correct this issue.
Can I use the GV50 projector in the daytime?
Yes, the projector's 500 ANSI lumen laser light source allows you to use it in the daytime around your house. For a more enjoyable viewing experience, watching in a soft lit or darker environment is suggested.
The 500 ANSI lumen allows for clear images when you project onto an 80" screen in a dark room, a 60" screen in a room with soft lighting, or a 40” screen in a well-lit room with no daylight. When using the projector in the daytime, choose the "Daytime" picture mode to brighten the dim regions of the images.
What kind of power bank does the GV50 projector support? Does it support power supply (PD-In) via a USB-C cable?
The portable projector can be charged with a power bank or USB-C Power Delivery (PD) adapter via USB-C that supports power delivery of 20 V / 2.25 A to 5 A from 45 W to 100 W. The power bank is recommended to have a capacity of 30,000 mAh.
NOTE:
Use a USB-C to USB-C cable that supports USB-C Power Delivery (20V-2.25A to 5A from 45W to 100W) to connect the projector and power bank.
The projector does not support car chargers.
Ensure your USB-C cable is USB-IF certified and supports Power Delivery.
To charge the battery and supply power simultaneously while using the projector, power banks need to support more than 65W (20V3.25A).
When using a power adapter or power bank ranging from 45W (20V2.25A) to 65W (20V3.25A), the device can support the power supply during operation (e.g., playing videos or music), but it cannot charge the battery. Battery charging is only available when the projector is powered off or in Networked Standby mode.
Refer to the user manual for detailed USB-C Power Delivery specifications and associated brightness limitations.
