O monitor XL2411 suporta a função "Motion Blur Reduction"? Como eu habilito essa função?

Sim, ele suporta.
A configuração padrão não ativa essa função. Para ativá-la, vá em OSD -> Picture (imagem) -> Blur Reduction -> selecione "ON".
