US: Please fill out and submit this form in order to get a coupon code to purchase a new product.

The mouse has been delayed due to production setbacks. These delays are in addition to the global shipping delays and port congestions that we are experiencing. The earliest estimated restock has been pushed back to May. Therefore, eligible US customers will receive a coupon code for our ZOWIE web store valued at $69.99 to redeem the value of the affected unit. If you are a Canadian resident, please apply here for replacement options in Canada.

The standard procedure to claim the coupon or replacement will be to send the affected mouse back to us. An alternative option is to cut the cable off of your affected mouse and to provide proof that the unit was cut. This is a required step to claim the compensation coupon. This service program is valid until the end of May 2022.

This coupon can be used to purchase all products on the ZOWIE web store.
If you still want to get a C variant mouse and are okay with waiting, please check our web store in early May as the units are expected to be restocked by then. Alternatively, you can also sign up for the "Notify Me" option on the product page of your desired model to sign up for an email notification that goes out as soon as they return in stock.

Only B variant mice are available via the ZOWIE web store at the moment.
However, you can use the coupon to purchase any other product in our store.
The cable on the mouse is required to be cut to complete the application.
We suggest to apply for the program at a later date that is closer to when new units are available. This program is valid until the end of May 2022.

You may choose to not cut the cable and keep using your C variant mouse until replacement units are available towards the end of May. If that is the case, please come back here to apply for the coupon before the program ends at the end of May 2022.
