I sometimes feel headaches or eyes soreness while using the monitor. What can be adjusted to alleviate the discomfort if I feel unwell?

Since everyone is unique, and have different vision conditions and sensation on color and brightness. Thus, The cause of the discomfort to everyone may be very different. Even if the monitor has the same settings and displays the same image, some people may feel uncomfortable, while others may not. Following are a few tips, and we suggest you can try to adjust to alleviate the discomfort condition:

1. Brightness
(1) Lower the brightness level on your monitor.

Since the strong brightness level may irritate your eyes, likely to cause eye strain and cause dry eye, you can try to adjust the brightness to a lower level.

Note: At some brightness level, you may feel the brightness looks good at first. But after long-term usage, that brightness may still be too bright for your eyes. You may try to fine-tune the brightness again to find the most comfortable way for long-term use.

(2) Keep your ambient light level is similar to your monitor brightness.

If the brightness gap between your monitor and room is big, your eyes need to adapt to different levels repeatedly, thus, caused fatigue.

(3) Enable the Low Blue Light function inside the monitor menu.

Blue light is a relatively higher energy light compared with other color's light, which means it makes your eyes tired more easily.  We suggest you enable this function to filter the blue light emitted from the monitor. Note: Enable this function may lead your monitor to look yellowish (because it reduces the blue light level), so we made it adjustable (from level 0-10). You can choose the level as your preference.

2. Colors
Select Standard Mode or fine-tune the level of the Color Vibrance.

Some people are sensitive to color performance. They may experience unwellness while looking at high saturated colors, or the color of the images is different from the expected, depending on the usage scenarios. Since our default mode is FPS1, which is fine-tuned for CS:GO, we slightly increase the color saturation to help you differentiate enemies from the background (which may let you feel unaccustomed). Thus, you can try to adjust the level of Color Vibrance (from level 0-20) or select Standard Mode as an attempt and further adjustment.

Note: You can save your preferred color into different quick settings. For example, you can save FPS1 color on Gamer1 via "Save" options in On-Screen Display (OSD) or push S Switch buttons for 5 secs to save the color. And you can save the Standard mode color on Gamer2 for web browsing. Now, you can quickly change the colors by pushing S Switch 1/2/3 buttons (or via OSD menu), which are more convenient  and eye-comfortable for your purposes.

3. DyAc / DyAc+
Switch DyAc or DyAc+ to different settings

DyAc is a technology designed to reduce motion blur. Thus, it provides a different motion feeling compared with DyAc Off. Since some people may perceive this visual condition change intensively, they may feel discomfort. In this case, we suggest you switch your DyAc/DyAc+ to different settings: Premium/High/Off for a period of time to feel and decide which one to take.

4. Take a break after continuous use

When the body is in a state of fatigue, continuing to use the display may cause discomfort. Take an appropriate rest can alleviate these symptoms. But if the discomfort persists after the above-mentioned adjustments and rest, we recommended that you seek professional medical advice.
