Since portable projectors are light, compact, and durable, they’re easy to pack and work in any environment. Almost. We don’t recommend them for the Antarctic winter. Otherwise, if you’re in most places, they work great.
Even if you’re backpacking without a vehicle, a portable projector fits in your bags easily and doesn’t weigh you down. You can then enjoy movies and TV shows even in some pretty wild places, as long as there’s a surface to project onto, and that could be a rock face. The rocks won’t mind.
If you’re driving a camper van or RV, then we’ve talked about that before. The sides of these vehicles make for excellent screens, as most are white or light-colored. And if you choose to have your camping/glamping break at home, then outdoor portable projectors work excellently in your backyard to create superb movie watching and gaming marathons.
There’s almost no place where a portable projector can’t work. If we hear of anyone using them in space, we’ll let you know!
