When moving the mouse on the mousepad, sometimes there is lag. But when I rotate the mousepad and swipe in the same place, it works fine again. What should I do?

Please test the unit on another PC and/or USB-port and follow these trouble shooting steps. <br><br> 1. Clean the sensor lens with a brush. <br> 2. Test the mouse on a different surface/mousepad. <br> 3. Disable "Enhance pointer precision" in your mouse properties <br> a) Control Panel > Mouse <br> b) Pointer Options > Uncheck Enhance pointer precision <br> 4. Test the mouse on a different Hz. Make sure the mouse is UNPLUGGED. <br> a) 125 Hz: Hold mouse 4+5 and plug the mouse into USB. <br> b) 500 Hz: Hold mouse 5 and plug the mouse into USB. <br> c) 1,000 Hz: Hold mouse 4 and plug the mouse into USB. (Only do this if you have previously changed to 125 or 500 Hz). <br> 5. Change LOD settings. <br> a) If you feel the lift-off distance is too low: <br> • Please disconnect the mouse, then hold down M4 + M1 + M2 while reconnecting the mouse through USB <br> b) If you feel the lift-off distance is too high: <br> • Please disconnect the mouse, then hold down M4 + M1 while reconnecting the mouse through USB <br> c) If you want to back to standard setting: <br> • Please disconnect the mouse, then hold down M5 + M1 while reconnecting the mouse through USB <br> d) For plastic-pad: <br> • Please disconnect the mouse, then hold down M4 + M2 while reconnecting the mouse through USB. <br> 6. Reinstall the mouse driver <br> a) Control Panel > Mouse > Device Manager <br> b) Expand Mice and other pointing devices > Right click HID-compliant mouse and select uninstall <br> c) After that is done, restart your PC.
